END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legal agreement between you ("User") and AiLinks ("we", "our", or "us"). This Agreement governs your use of the AiLinks mobile application (the "App") as made available through the Apple App Store. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of the terms herein. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.
1. SCOPE OF LICENSE
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You may not use the App on any device you do not own or control. You further agree not to distribute the App or make it available over a network where it could be accessed by multiple devices at the same time. Any form of reproduction, decompilation, reverse engineering, or modification is strictly prohibited.
2. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
The App offers auto-renewable subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Apple to charge your Apple ID account at the time of confirmation. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Apple account settings.
The “early bird” subscription pricing is applicable for the first year only. Upon renewal in subsequent years, the regular subscription fee will apply unless otherwise communicated.
Please note: The Premium Plan solely enables advanced features within the App. You are required to use your own API key for connecting to third-party AI service providers.
3. REFUNDS
We do not process or issue refunds directly. All refund requests must be submitted through Apple and are subject to Apple’s refund policies. Please refer to Apple’s official refund process for further instructions.
4. CONSENT TO USE OF DATA
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information from users. For more information on how data is handled, please review our Privacy Policy.
5. TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either you or us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you shall cease immediately, and you must delete all copies of the App from your devices.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other intellectual property associated with the App are the exclusive property of AiLinks. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights. You agree not to reproduce, adapt, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse any part of the App.
7. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the applicable region for the resolution of any disputes arising under this Agreement.
8. DISCLAIMER
The App enables access to AI-generated content through third-party providers, as specified by the user. The accuracy, quality, legality, or relevance of such content is not guaranteed and remains the sole responsibility of the user. The App merely facilitates access and assumes no liability for the content generated or its subsequent use.
You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any generated content and for any consequences arising therefrom. In no event shall AiLinks be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of content generated via the App.
